개인정보 처리방침

English Coach는 ChatGPT 안에서 영어 말하기 레슨을 진행하는 플러그인입니다. 레슨을 이어 가는 데 필요한 것만 저장합니다. 이름, 이메일, 대화 원문, 음성은 받지 않습니다.

1. 책임자

2. 모으는 정보

익명 학습자 번호: ChatGPT가 플러그인에 보내는 익명 사용자 식별자를, 우리만 아는 비밀값과 섞어 되돌릴 수 없는 값(SHA-256 해시)으로 바꾼 것입니다. 원래 식별자는 저장하지 않습니다.
레슨 결과: 레슨 번호(예: B1-U3-L2), 세션 종류(정식, 짧게, 최소, 점검, 레벨 테스트, 첫날 레벨 테스트), 완료 여부, 연습한 분(세션 종류로 정해짐), 롤플레이를 다시 했는지, 주요 실수 메모(최대 3개, 각 80자 이내, 예: "past tense: goed → went"), 한 줄 요약(120자 이내, 대화 원문이 아님), 맞은 수와 전체 수, 말하기 편안함(1~5), 저장한 시각.
설정: 주에 며칠 할지(3·4·5일), 롤플레이 상황(일상, 업무, 스타트업, OPIc), 시간대(기본 한국 시간).
서버 기록: 어떤 기능이 언제 쓰였는지와 익명 학습자 번호의 앞 8자리.

모으지 않는 것: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 대화 원문, 음성, 결제 정보. 우리 웹페이지는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다.

3. 쓰는 목적

다음 레슨을 이어서 시작하고, 지난번 실수를 복습에 다시 넣기 위해
연습 시간, 레벨, 주간 리듬, 배지를 계산해 말과 글로 알려 드리기 위해
서비스를 고치기 위해 전체 학습자의 합계 지표(다시 온 비율, 완료율 등)를 보기 위해
기능 실험: 익명 학습자 번호로 정해진 두 무리 중 하나에서, 레슨 끝에 연습 레벨을 말로 알려 드릴지가 달라집니다. 다른 차이는 없고, 실험 결과는 합계로만 봅니다.

4. 처리를 맡기는 곳과 국외 이전

Railway Corporation(미국): 서버와 데이터베이스 호스팅. 서버는 싱가포르 지역에 있습니다. 2조의 정보가 레슨 기능을 쓸 때마다 인터넷으로 이 서버에 전송되어 7조의 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 연락처는 Railway 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.
OpenAI(ChatGPT): 우리는 레슨 대본과 진도 요약을 ChatGPT에 돌려줍니다. ChatGPT에서 나눈 대화는 OpenAI의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

위 외에는 누구에게도 제공하거나 팔지 않습니다. 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.

5. 보관 기간과 파기

레슨 결과와 설정: 학습자가 지울 때까지. 마지막으로 쓴 날부터 12개월 동안 쓰지 않으면 자동으로 지웁니다(하루에 한 번 확인).
서버 기록: 운영자가 볼 수 있는 기간은 30일입니다.
지울 때는 데이터베이스에서 바로 삭제합니다.

6. 학습자의 권리

삭제: ChatGPT에서 English Coach에게 "내 기록 지워 줘"라고 말하면 레슨 결과와 설정을 바로 지웁니다.
열람: "내 진도 알려 줘"라고 말하면 지금 레벨, 연습 시간, 이번 주 기록을 알려 드립니다.
그 밖의 요청: help@darak.studio로 보내 주세요. 다만 우리는 이름이나 이메일을 모르기 때문에 메일만으로는 어느 기록인지 찾을 수 없습니다. 기록에 관한 요청은 ChatGPT에서 말로 해 주세요.

7. 안전을 위한 조치

익명 식별자는 비밀값과 함께 해시해 저장하고, 비밀값은 서버 설정에만 둡니다. 모든 연결은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 데이터베이스에는 운영자만 접근합니다.

8. 아동

만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다. ChatGPT 이용 연령 기준도 함께 따릅니다.

9. 바뀔 때

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 시행일과 바뀐 내용을 적습니다.

Privacy Policy

English Coach is a ChatGPT plugin that runs English speaking lessons. It keeps only what it needs to continue your lessons. It does not receive your name, email, conversation transcripts or audio.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Anonymous learner number: the anonymous user identifier ChatGPT sends to plugins, combined with a server secret and turned into a one-way SHA-256 hash. The original identifier is not stored.
Lesson results: lesson id, session kind, completed or not, practice minutes (set by session kind), whether the role-play was retried, up to 3 short mistake notes (80 characters each), a one-line summary (120 characters, not a transcript), correct/total counts, a 1-5 comfort rating, and the time saved.
Preferences: weekly goal (3, 4 or 5 days), role-play track, time zone (Korea by default).
Server logs: which feature was used, when, and the first 8 characters of the anonymous learner number.

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, conversation transcripts, audio or payment data. Our web pages set no cookies.

3. Why

To continue your course, bring back last lesson's mistakes for review, compute practice time, levels, weekly rhythm and badges, look at totals across all learners to improve the service, and run feature experiments (a fixed group per anonymous number decides only whether the practice level is spoken at the end of a lesson; results are looked at in aggregate).

4. Processors and international transfer

Railway Corporation (USA) hosts the server and database in its Singapore region; the data in section 2 is sent there over the internet whenever a lesson feature is used and kept for the period in section 5. Contact: Railway privacy policy. We return lesson scripts and progress summaries to ChatGPT; your ChatGPT conversations are covered by OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not sell or share data with anyone else and do not use it for advertising.

5. Retention

Lesson results and preferences: until you delete them, and automatically deleted after 12 months without use (checked daily). Server logs: visible to the operator for 30 days.

6. Your rights

Say "delete my data" (내 기록 지워 줘) to English Coach in ChatGPT to delete everything at once. Say "show my progress" to hear your level, practice time and this week's record. Other requests: help@darak.studio. Because we do not know your name or email, we cannot find your record from an email alone; please make record requests in ChatGPT.

7. Security

Identifiers are hashed with a secret kept only in the server configuration. All connections use HTTPS. Only the operator can access the database.

8. Children

Not for children under 14. ChatGPT's own age requirements also apply.

9. Changes

Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
